One of the most rewarding aspects of writing and running a program is knowing that you are the one who has control over the computer . But looking back at the programs you have already written , jus how much control do you actuallly have ? Certainly it was you who decided upon which istructions to include in your programs but the order in which these instructions were executed was not under your control. These instructions were always executed in sepuence, that is one after the other, from beginiing to the end of the main method. you will soon find that there are numerous instances when this order of execution is too restrictive and will want to have much more control over the order in which instructions are executed.
