The blending of two type of fuel similar or dissimilar in phase (gas to liquid or liquid to liquid) inside or outside the cylinder before started a combustion stroke have been a complex synchronized with engine cycle. A complete combustion must be achieved for harvesting the aim of results of two fuels blending processing addition to the control of exhaust pollutants and emission. Therefore the timing of start and end of blending process and calculation amounts of the two fuels (amount of the main fuel and blended fuel) must be continuously controlled according to variation of engine operating conditions such as engine load, speed and temperature …etc. In this patent a new electronic system is designed, fabricated and tested to perform the required control processes. Two injectors are controlled for each engine cylinder by the created control system; the first injector is mounted on the cylinder to inject the main fuel directly inside the combustion chamber at the end of compression stroke, while the second injector is mounted on the engine inlet air manifold to inject the blending fuel during intake air stroke. The timing of these injectors and its electronic valves opening and closing process are controlled by this unit in addition to the amount of each fuel to be injected after making calculations.
